Oracle Product Marketing Manager in Marlborough, Massachusetts
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The role of Product Marketing Manager representing Oracle Data Cloud’s activation solutions (focused on Audience, and Data Enablement) will have primary or shared responsibilities for:
Understanding our market and promoting customer needs within the organization. You will infuse critical market research and insights to segment the market and establish buyer insights across key segments of agencies, brands, publishers and platforms - identifying what opportunities, challenges and dynamics exist to grow and retain revenue.
Developing go-to-market strategies to bring new solutions to market through thoughtful and effective product launches
Developing clear, crisp, and differentiated positioning that guides messaging, content, sales enablement, and other go-to-market strategies.
Ensuring messaging, content and campaign strategies are centered around customer buying needs.
Crafting storylines to communicate value, and that can be applied and contextualized for different buying scenarios.
Inspiring and contributing to thought leadership development and delivery
Writing compelling content for blogs, web, sales decks and other channel
Implementing and refining programs to drive the impact of marketing: Collaborating with the content and digital activation team to create and execute a content strategy that supports all stages of the buying journey through the channels and formats most wanted by buyers
Identifying customer success stories and advocates
To support the wide range of responsibilities encompassed within this role, the candidate must possess an equally broad set of skills.
Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development, and delivery skills
Ability to use data to guide business decisions and priorities in line with overall business objectives of the Oracle Data Cloud.
Knowledge or direct experience with the Oracle Data Cloud Activation solutions, or competitive offerings is a plus.
Strong project planning and management skills
Ability to build strong relationships with functions outside of product marketing across product, and GTM teams
Experience & Education
5 or more years of related product marketing experience, ideally in AdTech or Media industry.
Ability to provide examples of go-to-market strategies and programs for prior roles in a related field - with the corresponding impact to revenue contribution
Master of Business Administration a plus
