What you’ll do
Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to define customer problem statements, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas
Employ clinical and industry trend analysis, and market share and competitive analysis relevant to product/portfolio
Provide support in business sponsored strategic activities (e.g., product and technology roadmap development, strategic planning process)
Build and execute a marketing plan including value proposition, positioning, downstream marketing activities (including campaigns), etc. to grow orders and share
Develop thought leadership and promotion strategy in support of demand creation and funnel acceleration activities
Prioritize and map global customer segments and develop demand creation activities to achieve NPI objectives
Adapt marketing assets (including sales tools) to ensure that the commercial organization has the right tools to position and sell product configurations / portfolio effectively
Develop programs to gather evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate
Provide commercial teams product knowledge in product use, differentiation, positioning and pricing
Support Global Product Management in providing training for the commercial teams
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing, product management or related field
Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
Healthcare product/industry acumen
Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and process skills
