This position is responsible for supporting in the development and execution of Key Opinion Leader & Advocacy focused marketing tactics including; day-to-day management of the Speakers Bureau, Professional & Patient Advocacy, and Conference Planning for the COPD portfolio. Summary of Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supporting in the development and execution of Key Opinion Leader & Advocacy focused marketing tactics including; day-to-day management of the Speakers Bureau, Professional & Patient Advocacy, and Conference Planning for the COPD portfolio. This position reports to the Associate Director, Marketing.

Essential Functions: •Build & maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the Respiratory space.

•Oversee activities related to the Speakers Bureau including; development of Speaker slide decks, logistics related to Speaker programs, and Speaker Training.

•Partner with select Advocacy groups. Develop & execute tactical plans and maintain on-going dialogue with partners.

•Manage all aspects of conference planning for the Respiratory Franchise. Secure sponsorships, develop booth theme, work with Sales to determine attendance and booth staffing, bring all sponsorships through PMRC, develop KOL & Advocacy schedule, and manage all on-site logistics.

•Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners while leading the review of materials through the internal review committee process (PMRC).

•Brand Partner to (CS3, Medical Affairs, MSL Team, Sales Operations, and PMRC) for KOL and Advocacy related resources and assets.

•Utilizes strong communication skills to effectively collaborate both internally and externally.

•Responsible for the management of multiple Agency Partners including management of associated budgets, forecast and accruals.

•Manages vendor contracts (Purchasing Requisitions, invoices, and approvals) processing.

Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelors

Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years

Knowledge & Skills (General and Technical): •Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree (MBA, or equivalent experience preferred).

•3-5 years life science experience.

•3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing / related experience highly preferred.

•Experience in the Respiratory/COPD Therapeutic area highly preferred.

•Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

•Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing as related to healthcare providers.

•Basic scientific knowledge of clinical data

•Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company.

•Ability to work with and manage outside advertising agencies.

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with KOL’s.

•Ability to understand and analyze market research to inform strategic decision-making.

•Budget management experience a plus.

Other Requirements (Licenses, Certifications, Specialized Training, Physical or Mental Abilities Required): Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
