What you’ll do

  • Evaluate multi-functional process flows and analyze their efficiency. Identify and visualize value added steps in the process

  • Translate business process needs into requirement specifications for digital workflows and follow through to implementation partnering with our IT department. Drive continuous improvement on processes and tools

  • Define customer targets, create sampling strategies and workflows.

  • Create actionable KPIs and standard reporting formats. Prepare reports for regular reviews and develop and facilitate review operating mechanisms. Evaluate progress.

  • Create, drive, own data governance process

  • Develop targeting related training curriculum, support onboarding of new employees.

  • Work in close relationship with sales support functions and field-based sales teams to coordinate activities

  • Conduct sales and pipeline analysis. Build effective pipeline management processes.

  • Act as trusted advisor to the commercial teams and management by providing sales coaching and insights. Responsibilities include driving harmonized and effective operational mechanisms to regularly review progress against the key commercial metrics

Who you are

  • MSc or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field

  • 5+ years experience in sales, product marketing, product development or related field

  • Product Management/Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management

  • Understanding of the DBS toolkit

  • Solid experience regarding Business Intelligence and CRM tools such as SFDC and Qlik as well as proficiency in MS Excel

  • Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional leaders and SME’s

  • A thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and gaps & opportunities and translate them into application and operational solutions. Solid business acumen and knowledge of commercial processes.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in communication style, familiarity with diverse cultural approaches. Strong intercultural awareness

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to work globally

  • Must have the ability to independently arrive at solution with limited direction, a self-starter
