Job Description Summary
GE Healthcare has an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to lead and drive the functional excellence of marketing through for planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management and budgeting for better commercial execution globally. Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories.
Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and drive the functional excellence of marketing through for planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management and budgeting for better commercial execution globally. Manage multiple channels and touch points, intersect with an all marketing disciplines and deliver increasingly more ROI, which requires superior skills in planning, systems and process management. Marketing operations is a means to ensure that marketing is conducted in the most efficient and accountable manner.
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
Facilitate APR (Advertising and Promotional Review) process. Manage jobs , set priorities and facilitate weekly meetings.
Manage AST and PO process for all of Contrast Media Marketing.
Manage marketing collateral including digital on Showpad and print in Paragon.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2 or more years of experience in marketing, sales, or related field
Knowledge of Advertising and Promotional review as well as Contracting and PO processes
Experience with Veeva PromoMats for Advertising and Promotion
Experience working in Pharmaceutical Marketing
Calm and clear thinking to troubleshoot when issues arise
