General Summary

Under the guidance of their Director, the Marketing Manager develops and executes the regional strategic marketing plans for the defined product portfolio to achieve annual target goals and owns all downstream marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the respective capital sales and consumables. Commercial plans will target key HCP segments and tactical execution will include the development of practice assets to facilitate customer marketing to their respective patient bases.

Essential Job Functions

Collaboration and teamwork with other key stakeholders, especially sales and regional marketing, in cross-functional groups is also essential to position success.

Develop, design, and implement strategies and tactics that deliver against measurable KPIs to drive significant and profitable year-over-year growth of product lines

Partner with Clinical, Regulatory and R&D teams to drive post-market studies to expand treatment indications as needed

Partner with Global Business Unit Partners and sales leadership to define unmet needs and gaps in the marketplace to drive the development of new product enhancements / modifications; drive market research initiatives as required to gain key insights

Work with internal design agency, digital team, and external partners to inform development of sales and marketing enablement tools, collateral, and lead generation efforts

Develop and deliver sales tools focused on clinical benefits, competitive strengths and differentiation, and ROI realization.

Partner with Sales Training lead to prepare and deliver field sales training and marketing presentations

Develop new and deepen existing KOL relationships and drive engagement for participation in peer-to-peer educational meetings (workshops, webinars, etc.) and develop supporting materials

Manage product marketing budget to stay within designated program spend

Partner with Regional Leads in other markets to share best practices, strategies, and tactics

Develop and execute practice marketing and DTC programs and tools to increase prospective patient awareness and to drive them to our physician finder.

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

Minimum of 5 yrs. Marketing experience

Experience with aesthetic medical device marketing preferred

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, business management or healthcare administration strongly preferred

Ability to travel may be required

Proven team player and collaborator, able to lead / influence cross-functional teams

Analytical and data proficient with proven ability to drive data supported business recommendations

Knowledge and experience using digital marketing channels to conceptualize and drive lead generation initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking in front of large groups

Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience with Salesforce a plus
