TAD PGS, Inc. Marketing Data Specialist in Marlborough, Massachusetts

We have an outstanding Contract position for aMarketing Data Specialistto join a leading Company located in theMarlborough, MAsurrounding area. This is a remote position.

Pay Rate is starting at $16.98

The Marketing Data Specialist helps our marketing teams measure campaign activity by ensuring data inputs for content and campaigns meet global taxonomy standards. You will work with marketing managers to review campaign briefs and materials, recommend naming conventions and taxonomy changes, and ensure data entry is clear, concise, and accurately entered by our agency and internal marketing operations teams. Your deep understanding of marketing platforms, data hygiene, and attention to detail will ensure the quality measurement of marketing activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to fully understand their marketing programs

  • Proactively consult with the digital marketing managers to ensure campaign names and metadata are established, aligned with program objectives, and are being appropriately documented

  • Consolidate and communicate all campaign setup information to implementation partners

  • Respond to inquiries about campaign setup and data from internal and agency partners

  • Validate campaign setup is accurate in all systems

  • Create URLs for UTM tracking

  • Proactively bring solutions and recommendations to key stakeholders where improvements are needed

  • Assist in the development of a documented campaign data capture process

  • Assist in the selection of technology tools to enhance the efficiency of campaign processes

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience

    Desired Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in a marketing operations function launching digital marketing campaigns and analyzing performance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Experience with the ad tech platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360

  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities effectively and manage multiple projects

  • A good understanding of current marketing trends

  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus
