Danaher Corporation Marketing Communications Specialist in Marlborough, Massachusetts

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development and execution of key initiatives, campaigns, and product launches for the Bioprocess and Cell & Gene Therapy business teams

  • Participate in content planning, ideation, creation, distribution, amplification, and analysis

  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives

  • Manage and/or liaison with agencies, media partners, and suppliers for development of materials

  • Ensure a swift flow of content through marketing and regulatory review processes

  • Ensure marketing materials comply with Cytiva’s brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements

  • Track progress of programs for effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement

  • Drive adoption of new marketing strategies - new channels, communication techniques, and tactics

  • Provide feedback and ideate on new approaches to marketing based on industry trends

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field

  • Knowledge of integrated marketing communication strategies (traditional, digital, and events) and content marketing best practices

  • Strong project management and organization skills with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

  • Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, global teams and outside vendors

  • High energy, proactive team player, and flexible to pivot with changes in priorities

  • Preferred: life sciences product/industry acumen
