Hologic Manager, Sales Enablement in Marlborough, Massachusetts

The Salesforce Effectiveness Lead will report to the Salesforce Effectiveness Manager as part of the Commercial Operations Function in Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions Division. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Service Force Effectiveness – primarily Salesforce.com. This person will act as a change agent within the Organization, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the commercial organization. They will liaise regularly with Information Services (IS) in Marlborough and Danbury and be a first line resource for Sales Enablement tools & processes such as Salesforce.com to drive business results.

The Salesforce Effectiveness Lead role is a high visibility, high impact role working on major initiatives for the Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Service teams in Hologic. This individual will routinely be expected to deliver critical insights and recommendations to all stakeholders based on a deep understanding of the business processes and drivers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Influence the Future:

  • Work on Special Projects in alignment with the Salesforce Effectiveness Lead to provide the Voice of Sales to drive best practices, SFDC Utilization and business process improvement.

  • Identify ways to improve the System, Support Model and Business processes with cross functional business partners using Sales Feedback and improvement requests.

  • Define requirements for SFDC enhancements and partner with IS to translate into SFDC enhancements

  • Facilitate acceptance testing of new SFDC Solutions for Sales

  • Discover and recommend new technology and tools that will benefit the organization.

  • Lead CRM projects and pipeline management progressions.

Proactive Enablement:

  • Define Adoption strategy for different end user groups, including content and vehicles to deliver

  • Partner with CX Team to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and train the field on the effective use of these capabilities

  • Create SFDC Training materials and deliver training to existing field resources and new hires, ensuring a heavy emphasis on the why and the when, not just the how for SFDC capabilities

  • Partner with H1 Evangelist to define and drive adoption of best practices across all SFDC users.

First line of Support:

  • Resolve end user requests for help

  • Partner with Information Services (IS) Customer Experience (CX) resources for Tier 2 support needs

Create Insights

  • Design and track KPI’s around and build executive dashboard to give key insights into the business.

  • Design and build consistent dashboards and reports to allow management to understand the business.

  • Other job duties will be assigned as it relates to enabling the Sales and Service Teams with new tools and processes they need to achieve business goals

Education

• Bachelor’s degree

• MBA Preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant CRM and/or sales analytics experience
