The DuPont Electronics & Industrial business is seeking a Global Market Leader to support our global Interconnect Solutions Portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team of product marketing and business development leaders to develop marketing strategies, set product line growth targets, and create new product development roadmaps and plans for the Electronics and Industrial finishing metallization segment. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional colleagues to execute the strategy and drive business growth through new products and applications.

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do: ​

• Lead Electronics and Industrial Finishing metallization product segment with high profitability and growth potential in 5-7 years.

• Lead a team of product marketing and Business development leaders to develop marketing strategy, set product line growth targets, create new product development roadmaps and plans; develop business cases for investment (CapEx, M&A) to support product line growth, maintain and update competitive database.

• Responsible for analyzing business financial results to understand trends, drivers and develop action plans with cross-functional teams to meet near and long-term business goals

• Closely collaborate with the Sales team on defending existing business and collaborate with business development, product, and technology teams to drive business growth through new products and new application

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in science, marketing, or a related field of study.

• Significant experience in a marketing and/or sales and product development role

• 10+Experience in metallization, plating, PCB, or Electronic industries

• Experience in technology (R&D or Applications) would be a plus

• Experience managing a team across multiple locations/regions

• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams through influence

• Excellent communication and the ability to understand and communicate business and technical information

• Excellent project management and time management skills

• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing

• Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills, business acumen

• Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully

• Fluency in English required.
