DuPont Global Digital Marketing Communications Manager, Electronics & Industrial in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Reporting to the Global Digital Communications Strategic Leader, the Global Digital Marketing Communications Manager will assist in the development and execution of E&I’s digital marketing and communications campaigns and approaches designed to educate, inform, connect, and inspire customers, prospects, and employees across regions and functions.

S/he must thrive in a digital world! A dynamic digital marketer; able to develop and edit digital content across several channels, with a mindset that combines marketing, communications, analytics and publishing. S/he will have proven success producing effective B2B content and engaging social communities, as well as success with CRM growth, list segmentation, email creation and compliance, workflow development, scoring model refinement, marketing technology tools, reporting, and performance optimization. The Marketing Communications Manager develops and measures email, demand generation, and multi-channel lead-nurturing campaigns through E&I’s marketing automation system (Eloqua) and other related systems (e.g. Adobe, Go2Webinar, SFDC, Showpad).

As a Global Digital Marketing Communications Manager, you will:

  • Work with Global Digital Strategic Leader to develop cross-channel content strategy, email and marketing automation strategy, as well as to research, create, and update content for core digital channels across E&I businesses: websites and social media

  • Work closely with marketing communications LOB leads to ensure consistent messaging and prioritize content development

  • Tell a compelling story through each landing page, email, case study, and social campaign

  • Maintain consistent brand and voice, adjusting tone and style for each audience

  • Oversee day-to-day management of email campaigns, automated email campaigns, Go2Webinars, to ensure brand consistency

  • Monitor email program progress, website stats and performance using various analytic tools, including Adobe Analytics, HotJar, Eloqua, Salesforce, among others

  • Write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites and landing pages

  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities, as well as ever-changing data privacy requirements, trends, and industry opportunities.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with regional, functional and business communications partners to align messaging and maximize engagement opportunities

  • Create, maintain, and grow CRM through demand generation campaigns (e.g. webinars) or data-compliant partnerships

  • Incorporate testing and optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic and improve conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of B2B email, content marketing, marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua), SalesForce and Analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or related field

  • Ability to think “customer first,” intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how/when/where they want to consume it

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with attention to detail, including an obsession with correct spelling, spacing, and punctuation

  • Experience with technologies and best practices for web design web production, and creative design across multiple platforms

  • Creative and thoughtful with strong powers of persuasion and presentation

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices

  • Experience with enterprise content management systems (e.g., Adobe AEM)

  • Experience integrating with enterprise CRM, e.g., Salesforce

  • Proactive, team player with strong organizational abilities

  • This role offers a hybrid-working environment (remote work, and accessibility to a DuPont site is expected)

  • This position may require up to 15% of travel
