Oracle Field Marketing Specialist 2 in Marlborough, Massachusetts
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead Sales Go To Market efforts into our partner client install base. In this role you will work directly with our partners, the partner install base, the Account Management Organization, the NetSuite Alliance team and other marketing functions to create impactful install base campaigns and sales activities to drive install base sales and expansion.
Build quarterly marketing plans with the Direct and Channel Account Marketing Organizations. Present to NetSuite sales and marketing management for approval.
Create integrated multi-touch campaigns that may include email, online programs, social media, events and/or webinars
Create a content plan for each partner that supports their campaigns.
Define & manage sales driven call downs and opportunities for upsells
Conduct regular meetings with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful sales campaign execution
Work closely with marketing operations and marketing communications to develop campaign components
Create scorecards and perform business reviews to report on campaign metrics including pipeline, opportunities and closed won deals influenced by your efforts
Planning and executing campaigns through internal resources and external vendors
Writing & editing email copy, sales materials, marketing plans, etc.
Event planning and management including industry events, executive dinners, etc
Successful track record in a marketing or sales role
Strong data analysis skills
