Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, well-organized, and digitally savvy B2B marketing professional to drive and execute marketing programs – directly impacting pipeline generation as well as strengthening our brand in the US. Reporting to the associate director marketing, you will take charge of our extensive internal, external and digital events programs and work closely with our marketing, customer success, sales and product teams to implement our marketing communications strategy more broadly via email, website, social and PPC.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for existing and new market segments

  • Build and execute integrated digital campaigns such as PPC, email and website SEO to support product launches and MQL generation

  • Plan and execute the events strategy, including booking and liaising with suppliers, organizing logistics, adhering to budgets, and working collaboratively with teams to maximize success

  • Work closely with the sales & inside sales teams to ensure that MQLs are captured and follow up managed effectively

  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign results and ROI

  • Collaborate with corporate and regional marketing, sales enablement and events teams to achieve budget efficiency and maximize success

  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the CRM system, including importing/adding new data, updating records and reporting on ROI

  • Manage the marketing collateral and promotional item stock and organize additional orders as and when required.

  • Work with the marketing team and other key stakeholders to maximize PR opportunities during events

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a flexible marketer with get-up-and-go initiative, who can balance the management of events with other marketing-related tasks. They should be commercially oriented and have previous marketing experience (including events) in a B2B environment. Ideally you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Experience and proven success in organizing and promoting conferences, trade shows, webinars and other marketing events

  • Educated to degree level (ideally in business/marketing or science/technology) or equivalent commercial experience

  • Experience of marketing technical and/or scientific/medical software or solutions in a B2B environment

  • Project management

  • Budget management

  • Proven track record with ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • Practical knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating promotional materials, proof-reading, document management and reporting

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
