What you’ll do

  • Develop global sales processes of Cytiva digital solutions portfolio to generate revenues

  • Define efficient commercial terms that work across a portfolio of products and a broad range of customer segments.

  • Hire and develop a team of sales, market trends, risks, competitive landscape and strategic partnerships specialists, contribute to the development of the Digital Solutions organization, e.g. by providing input to product management and advice to the executive team to make sound investment decisions based on market opportunities, market trends, risks, competitive landscape and strategic partnerships

  • Be a regular speaker in events and active in industry associations to influence and craft the direction for the business and technology in the segment

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical majors or equivalent knowledge and experience.

  • Significant experience from sales leadership or strategic selling, preferably informatics products or other digital solutions.

  • Experience from biologics manufacture, process development, business development/partnering, software, informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and/or other digital innovation activities is highly desirable.

  • Significant experience in customer facing roles with consistent track record of accomplishments. Self-motivated and results oriented team player with an ability to both execute and build and improve structures and processes for others to succeed.

  • Must be willing to travel 50-60%

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) and ability to manage a large number of internal and external partners through remote or in-person interactions globally
