The Customer Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for AMPS, Amplified Marketing Practice Support. This position will be required to build customer relationships, advise customers on successful marketing practices, and work directly with the Sales and Marketing field teams to support the customer in growing their practice.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Initiate the enrollment process into AMPS for a new customer.

  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Cynosure Product Suite and Customer Marketing Portal Platform.

  • Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.

  • Provide end-user application support via phone and email for assigned territory responsibilities.

  • Deliver defined customer engagement and marketing content through via reactive and proactive phone calls, email communication, and scheduled check-ins.

  • Provide marketing consultation and business strategy to enhance the customer experience while fostering future sale opportunities.

  • Responsible for managing and designing creative solutions to meet customer expectations.

  • Evaluate customer requests and proactively determine recommended course of focus and action to meet customer needs and business strategy.

  • Coordinate with field team to advise customers on marketing activities that should be implemented in their business to bring in new and existing clientele for their Cynosure laser purchase.

  • Train customers on AMPS online portal usage and assist with ongoing access troubleshooting and password resets.

  • Continual research of new methods and development of video and tutorial tools to provide to customers.

  • Use critical thinking skills to evaluate current condition of customer’s marketing activities and challenges; resulting in the formulation of new strategies that both the customer and Cynosure’s support network can adopt.

  • Work with and direct outside companies who provide added marketing partnership value to the Sales team and customer.

  • Company Representative for complaint handling, arbitrating disputes and resolving grievances with customers in relation to marketing services provided.

  • Responsible for acting as corporate representative, both internally and in the field, that delivers a consistent message of Cynosure’s dedication to customer support.

  • Collaborate with Product Management team to create new assets and promotional tools uploaded to AMPS for our major projects.

  • Travel to regional events to present and promote the AMPS program. May also have the opportunity to travel locally to their region to attend customer meetings with their field team members.

Education / Experience:

  • BS/BA Degree – Preferred, but not required, degree in Marketing or Communications

  • 6 months+ experience in Marketing, Customer Service or Inside Sales position is required
