What you’ll do

  • Provide leadership and oversight to select core accounts

  • Engage the product management team to accurately position our products and capabilities, and commercial justification for core account projects

  • Engage the services management team to accurately position our services and capabilities, and provide commercial oversight and justification for core account projects

  • Identify teams, resources and tactics necessary to meet our core accounts' objectives, taking the lead and managing multi-functional teams as necessary

  • Collect and prioritize product/service recommendations and analyze competitive landscape. Quantify and prioritize market opportunities

  • Perform market share, competitive analysis and win/loss tracking to identify product/service and commercial strategies for growth at core accounts

  • Identifying core account unmet needs, buying cycles, personas, values and desired benefits.

  • Understand our core accounts’ business and production operations, assess risks and develop plans to mitigate those risks.

  • Express technical product expertise, provide product and capabilities information, business positioning and support to core accounts and/or Account Managers

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, product management, program management or a related field in Life Sciences focusing on experience in BioProcessing, cell culture media and/or single use systems.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and diverse teams in a global setting

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to travel 25-30%

  • Innovation – ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaboration

  • Leadership skills – ability to lead cross function teams

  • Desired to have an MBA or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field
