We need a Brand Strategy Manager to join our Brand team and support the growth of what is both one of the newest and most established brands in our industry. Help us to develop and manage our brand in order to build and differentiate Cytiva from the competition. What you’ll do

  • Support the further development and implementation of Cytiva’s brand strategy in order to differentiate and globally position Cytiva as a life sciences leader across customer segments

  • Be an internal champion and agent of change for brand strategy and architecture, across both the Marketing department and the company as a whole

  • Develop, implement, and manage key elements of Cytiva’s brand such as product naming guidelines, brand architecture, to reduce complexity and provide greater clarity

  • Ensure strategic approaches to branding are integrated into our NPI (new product introduction) process, working with all relevant business stakeholders

  • Support brand planning and integration strategies for acquisitions or portfolio changes

  • Manage the development and implementation of a brand messaging framework that leverages brand strategy to connect content across the enterprise

  • Monitor brand trends, customer insights and competitors’ activities, and drive excellence in Cytiva’s approach to brand globally

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience, including experience in brand strategy and management, and developing brand messaging and positioning

  • Experience managing brand architecture, product naming, and brand programs

  • Strong familiarity with best practices to measure and assess brand equity

  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills

  • Exceptional relationship building skills in a cross-functional, highly matrixed global environment
