The Associate Brand Manager of fluid management and tissue removal is responsible for supporting all brand marketing activities to drive growth of the Fluid Management and Tissue Removal products within the Surgical Division tofulfill our vision of establishing new standards of care. This role is globally focused on enhancing women’s lives and their well-being through differentiated, evidence-based solutions for minimally invasive procedures.The candidate is responsible for leading all aspects of product management for Tissue Removal and Fluid Management franchises. With guidance from the Senior Marketing Manager of Tissue Removal, this candidate will possess the ability and experience to drive and execute these responsibilities with minimal management oversight. Ultimately, as the Associate Brand Manager, the candidate helps develop and drive the product management process and manages the day-to-day business needs.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities

  • Execute measurable strategies and tactics to driveconsistent and profitable growth of Tissue Removal Portfolio to includeMyoSure and Fluid Management.

  • Own the Aquilex, Fluent and MyoSure product managementevery day, ensuring strong sales execution of plans

  • Daily management of field based inquiries and requests.

  • Partner with the cross functional team to ensurecohesive and clear strategic and tactical plans.

  • Assist in the development and implementation ofcreative marketing strategies across core functional areas (sales,physician, clinical, medical education)

  • Analyze ongoing brand performance, driving alignmentwith full cross functional team. Communicate opportunities and gapsto peers and to management, offering actionable recommendations.

  • Tactically support the execution of strategicobjectives and to ensure strong professional development

  • Assess market information needs relevant to developmentor monitoring of strategies and implement market research projects toaddress such issues

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to communicatekey messages within the organization

  • Monitor costs vs. budgets and work cross-functionallyto maximize efficiencies

  • Contribute to the organization and execution of salesmeetings related to Fluent, Aquilex and Myosure including development,planning, budget tracking and implementation of strategy and messaging

  • As relevant, support marketing efforts around thedevelopment, launch and sale of new products both in the US and inInternational markets, ensuring launch excellence, clear metrics and highaccountability.

  • As needed, develop educational pieces to train salesforce in key clinical, economic, competitive areas

  • Manage production of sales and marketing collateral,video, slides and other related materials. Ensure cost and productionefficiencies

Qualifications

  • Ability to execute anintegrative marketing plan and knowledge of marketing strategies todefend, build share and product life cycle management.

  • Healthcare and/or medicaldevice required.

  • Highly collaborative andconfident communicator, both verbally and in writing

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Adaptable and flexible, with apassion for driving organization change

Educationand Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Business, Medicine or related field required. MBA or relevant advanceddegree preferred. (Would consider candidate with strong sales and peopleleadership background)

  • Minimum 1-3 yearsof Healthcare Product Management or equivalent work experience.

AdditionalDetails

  • Must be able to travel as required by the needsof the role (25-30%)
