The Role:

To maximize sales, this position will support Local Sponsorship Sales Director, overseeing the fulfillment of local, regional, and national accounts by ensuring the delivery and tracking of contractual elements and providing excellent customer service. The Sponsorship Coordinator will also be responsible for managing all sponsorship inventory and finances and will help to develop new sponsorship programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all venue sponsorship programs

  • Serve as a liaison between venue departments to ensure complete contractual fulfillment (marketing, operations, ticketing, etc.).

  • Oversee coordination and execution of on-site operational elements including, but not limited to, product sampling, signage, program advertising, video loop inclusion, VIP hospitality, etc.

  • Work closely with venue management and will be liaise with venue General Manager when on premises.

  • Manage all sponsor ticketing needs.

  • Serve as on-site contact at shows for all sponsors during events.

  • Participate in applicable national calls.

  • Complete all local proof of performance recaps.

  • Complete national proof of performance recaps following the established national guidelines.

  • Assist the Director of Sales by cold calling, conducting research, developing presentations, etc.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree required

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relative business experience

  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Salesforce and social media desirable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Highly organized

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multi task

  • Creativity

  • Commitment to excellence

  • Willing to work shows during nights and weekends

  • Reliable transportation
