Cardinal Health Region Manager Inside Sales- Regional Brand Partners in Mansfield, Massachusetts

  • The Region Manager of the Regional Brand Partners is a sales leadership position within the Cardinal Health Medical Solutions organization based in Mansfield, MA and covering the nation. This is a first line management role, responsible for leading a sales team of 8 Regional Brand Partners to achieving revenue and margin goals above market growth rates, hiring and developing sales talent, and developing high level relationships with top customers. Keys to success will demand creating a culture of effective and efficient Inside Sales process, meaningful use of data and technology and continuous improvement in system understanding. The Inside Sales Region Manager will need to collaborate and partner with Field Sales leadership, Region Directors, Business Development Directors and various marketing groups that also share product responsibility

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain positive culture of accountability while driving high performance through sales activities, performance metrics and enhanced sales process
  • Execute on sales strategy embedded in the business’s strategy to drive sales revenue to meet or exceed the market growth requirements for assign products and market
  • Assign sales objectives to sales representatives, evaluate performance and take all necessary steps to exceed the region, division and company’s goals
  • Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to achieve business objectives
  • Accountable for talent management process and communications within region; includes selection, onboarding, performance management, diversity and inclusion
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback for sales team; participate and oversee development plans for direct reports and execute performance improvement plans as needed
  • Inspire confidence, promote vision and purpose, motivate sales team
  • Engage in meaningful business relationships with top Ambulatory Surgery Center accounts, engage in cadence calls with the Field Region Directors and Vice President, as well as field sales team and provide business updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-function departments in Cardinal Health

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three to five (3-5) years of documented sales success
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center Market Knowledge or Sales Leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experiences
  • Proven sales track record

  • Possess the ability to establish, retain and capitalize on relationships with customer influencers
  • Distribution and operations knowledge
  • Strong knowledge on the Ambulatory Surgery Center marketplace
