Simplify Compliance Marketing Manager (Growing Company) in Malden, Massachusetts
This position is located just outside of the bustle of Boston in Middleton, MA.
The Marketing Manager will work with the events, editorial and creative teams to develop and execute all marketing communications for the DecisionHealth conferences. The position will be responsible for planning the strategy for email, direct mail, content and social media marketing. The position will work closely with internal colleagues to meet budgeted attendee goals and manage team members who handle the seminars and membership product categories as part of the DecisionHealth brand. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, able to execute multiple timelines, think creatively to evolve the marketing strategy, communicate budgetary updates in a professional manner, handle any last-minute changes?with a calm and logical approach. Prior experience managing direct reports is a must.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing cross-platform campaigns to effectively drive growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams?including sales, editorial, design, and web development?you will lead others in inbound and outbound marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and optimize marketing campaigns to drive growth, including: Email marketing, direct mail, interactive/web marketing, sales webinars, telemarketing and advertising efforts (SEO, SEM, and social)
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, events operations, editorial data services and web development
Use reporting analytics tools to review, analyze, and optimize user experiences
Collaborate on content generation to meet inbound organic traffic goals
Contribute to the development of lead nurturing campaigns, including developing initial strategy, managing email and landing page creation, and sales communication
Analyze ROI on marketing tactics and refine promotional plans on a continuous basis
Track revenue and expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met

Highly organized with ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with B2B marketing processes and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders and high-powered clients
Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
Experience in B2B and/or product marketing preferred
1-3 years of experience in a marketing management or similar marketing leadership role
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
