Job Description Summary

As the Imaging Region Manager, you will create a winning culture by harnessing the power of a team of Imaging Account Managers and Modality Experts responsible for driving the sales strategy and the overall performance of the diagnostic imaging business in the New England market.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead team performance and own overall productivity of the team in order to achieve company revenue targets, including the following responsibilities:

  • Hiring, developing, and leading the team and their daily activities; leveraging both the direct team and indirect & functional resources to achieve goals.

  • Setting operating plan targets and performance standards for the market.

  • Developing deep customer relationships with key imaging stakeholders in the market

  • Forecasting quarterly orders & revenue and meeting operating targets.

  • Ensuring utilization of sales tools (i.e. Salesforce.com) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and ensuringthe team achieves a high degree of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of customer issues

  • Providing oversight on pricing & negotiation strategies for the market

  • Monitoring competition, economic indicators, industry, and market trends to develop sales strategies that enable the team to win and more effectively position solutions for customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of Diagnostic Imaging sales experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing teams

  • Willing to travel up to 50% within the territory

  • Must live within the territory (NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, CT)
