The Key Account Manager will be primarily passionate about securing new partnerships that will become some of our most impactful clients. This role will be a part of our commercial team and be responsible for delivering greater market share through strategic partnerships.

This is a true business development role that will work to uncover new opportunities, relationships and markets for XOS products. Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, develop, and nurture loyal, long lasting relationships with high value customers for which clear win-win propositions exist.

  • Work closely with new targets to clearly understand their business goals, and work with them to use or create XOS solutions that become a critical part of their strategy.

  • Execute commercial excellence in management of partnerships focused on driving growth strategies with existing clients as well as an urgent focus increasing market share through the evaluation and development of new targets.

  • Provide strategic support to the product management team to develop business plans for the penetration of attractive new markets (geographic and segments) and new product development (including pricing) and set priorities for maximum return on investment.

  • Work with the XOS Management Team to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that supports profit and growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of business development sales experience in a technical industry

  • Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding their sales targets while also advancing the company’s strategic initiatives

  • Strong experience of business to business sales

  • Superior written & verbal communication skills – clear, concise & instills confidence

  • Strong knowledge of and demonstrated success with use of Salesforce.com or similar CRM

  • Demonstrated solution selling ability

  • Ability to travel 60%
