About the Team:

The Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across various domains, including IT, Risk, Cybersecurity, Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Cash, Finance, and Customer Support.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping and reengineering, excellent communication skills, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Document Processes: Assist in capturing current state end-to-end business processes using business process modeling notations.

• Identify Efficiencies: Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

• Lead Workshops: Lead and facilitate process redesign workshops, Kaizen events and Gemba Walk.

• Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders.

• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with the global user community to understand and support new initiatives.

• Monitor Performance: Monitor process performance and provide actionable improvement recommendation.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify process adherence issues and training opportunities for the broader user community.

• Requirements and Documentation: Partner with business units and IT Business System Analysts to ensure clear, documented, and signed-off Business requirements.

• Testing Support: Ensure appropriate test plans are in place for each documented business process.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a business-facing analyst.

• Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN, EPC, HPM, etc.) and modeling tools.

• Demonstrated expertise in business process management.

• Experience with large ERP solutions such as Oracle EBS.

• Experience with large CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.

• Experience with BI solutions such as Cognos.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a global organization.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in documenting business requirements.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Experience with Change Management activities.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt or above

• Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.

• Agile experience: Certified Scrum master

• Experience with Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
