Our Lead Development Representatives are an integral part of our Sales team. They leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities for the Kronos Sales organization. In this position as a Lead Development Coordinator you will be assisting LDR's as an aggressive and professional information “Hunter” to research Account and contact information for engagement that could lead to potential business/revenue opportunities.
• Validate contacts and addresses for direct mail campaigns.
• Identify, research and confirm untouched prospects securing new contacts, titles and roles.
•Employs expert probing skills in order to expand contacts or business concerns in accounts.
•Uses Sales Tools such as Hoovers, LinkedIn and Eloqua to find company and contact information.
•Uses SaleForce.com for tracking all activities and progress in prospect accounts for Lead Development Representatives and Sales.
• Verifies and then adds appropriate prospective contacts and email addresses for marketing campaigns into SalesForce.com.
•Works across organizational boundaries and with multiple functional groups (sales, marketing, operations etc…)
1+ years previous experience in business development, prospecting and cold calling, sales and/or customer service required; preferably in a high technology (software) environment
Excellent communication skills at the C-level both externally with customers and prospects, and internally with stakeholders & Kronites
Highly effective skills in the following areas: problem solving, decision making organizational / time-management, as well as written and verbal
Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
• Utilizes all pertinent social media tools to improve prospecting and research success. (LinkedIn, Twitter,)
