The Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement is responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing commercial teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. Responsibilities include commercial team reporting/analytics, sales force optimization, and productivity, as well as all commercial training programs. This position reports to the Director, Commercial Operations.
Ensures sales strategy and teams are aligned to grow market penetration and maximize the effectiveness of the commercial teams.
Develops KPIs and dashboards using effective analysis of SalesForce trends and performance to identify successes, gaps, efficiencies, and productivity.
- Works closely with support functions to ensure alignment with commercial team goals and objectives.
Demonstrates expertise in positioning (targeting, value proposition, and point of differentiation) and its application to driving business results.
- Delivers commercial operations-related presentations to the sales organization.
Lead the programmatic design and delivery of all commercial training programs to support RMB’s revenue teams.
- Manages delivery and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or related field
Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support positions
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, buyer’s journey, and technologies to drive results and operational efficiencies.
Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of the sales cycle, etc.
Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
Advance knowledge of SalesForce and Excel skills required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
