Program Director

Are you ready to make a significant impact in Social and Human Services? We’re seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead and elevate our Foster Care programs. This key role is essential to our mission, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Collaborate with the Area and Regional Director to oversee daily operations and manage a team of professionals within Foster Care programs.

  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure the highest quality of service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective staff training. Monitor financial performance and maintain program integrity.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with individuals served, their families, and guardians. Develop and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and support client needs.

  • Program Growth: Execute strategies to increase program enrollment, maximize utilization and occupancy, and support the development of new initiatives.

  • Advocacy and Networking: Build and maintain partnerships with case managers and referral agents. Advocate on behalf of those we support and promote the program’s benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree required in a relevant field.

  • Clinical Competency: Proven clinical competency in social or human services setting.

  • Experience and Training: Additional certifications, training, and experience as required by state regulations.

  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication skills for relationship management.
