What you’ll get to do:

Serve as a SharePoint Developer who will be responsible for :

  • Working with customers, users and stakeholders to document business processes and requirements.

  • Designing creative and innovative approaches to building robust SharePoint capabilities that facilitate collaboration and automate and streamline program processes.

  • Developing, documenting, and supporting custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using industry best practices.

  • Translating business processes and requirements into implementable design.

  • Implementing Microsoft SharePoint Online solutions.

  • Implementing Power Automate workflows to automate manual processes on the program.

  • Providing ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint portal.

  • Responding to escalated service desk tickets; troubleshooting and debugging any issues on the portal.

  • Building/maintaining of Power Apps solutions.

  • Building of Power BI solutions.

  • Build powerful API integrations between SharePoint and other Agile/Development/Data applications.

You have:

  • Current DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.  

  • College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline.

  • At least seven (7) years of work experience developing SharePoint portals and related technologies.

  • High proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Hands-on experience with Web/SharePoint architecture design, Site Branding & Navigation.

  • Extensive experience defining complex custom lists and libraries.  

  • Extensive experience writing customized SharePoint 2013 and Power Automate workflows.

  • Experience working with published web pages with web parts.

  • Experience building Excel pivot charts and working with Excel Web Access web parts.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML).

You are good at:

  • Working effectively in and fostering highly collaborative, team-oriented environments.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility.

  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Ability to write and execute test proceduresand document results .

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be comfortable with public presentations and conducting user training.

  • Comfortable working with customers to document business processes and requirements.

  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter.

Bonus would be having:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.

  • Experience with Air Force or other DoD SharePoint Online development environments.

  • SharePoint 2013, 2016 applications deployment.

  • SharePoint 2013, 2016 server administration.

  • Experience with web-enabled InfoPath forms in SharePoint.

  • Familiarity with 508 Compliance and accessibility best practices.

  • Ability to develop automated solutions and perform manual regression/functional testing to ensure compliance with program-level standards, guidelines, and processes.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
