Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc. Program Manager Marketing Communications in Hyannis, Massachusetts

In conjunction with the executive director and working collaboratively across the marketing communications team, responsible for the strategic, tactical, development, implementation and measurement of marketing communications activities with a specific focus on driving engagement for strategic internal initiatives. Collaborates with the marketing communications team to ensuring alignment with the system?s mission, vision and values. Maintains working relationships with key leaders across administrative functions in the organizations; partners closely to identify and support marketing communications needs. Develops and executes marketing communications plans; utilizes metrics to measure effectiveness and inform future campaigns. Working closely with executive director, creative design manager and digital media manager, oversees content strategy, planning, development and execution for digital internal communications channel: The Pulse and internal marketing communications campaigns. Writes and edits copy; supports development and distribution of executive communications. Assists executive director to coordinate media relations activities, including interviews and media responses; develops and distributes press releases and media notifications. Works closely with digital marketing and analytics senior specialist to manage, monitor and optimize internal and external marketing communications activity, in conjunction with system measurement tools and market research. Assists with communication-related projects and works with creative team to develop and implement the necessary collateral materials and web content. Assumes other responsibilities and manages special projects commissioned by senior leadership. Writes copy for internal and external audiences for materials including but not limited to web, social media, collateral, direct mailer, media releases, award nominations and e-marketing. Maintains regular communication with the senior vice-president of marketing, communications and business development, as well as hospital operations executives to seek guidance and direction as well as to keep informed of activities. Plans and organizes special events, open houses and dedications at the discretion of the senior vice-president of marketing, communications and business development, developing the appropriate goals and emphasis of each event. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in communications, mass media or a related field. 5-8 years? experience in healthcare marketing communications or a related field. Knowledge of healthcare marketing communications strategy and tactics strongly preferred. Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as leadership and interpersonal skills.
