What you’ll achieve
As a Product Manager, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the cross functional teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.
Collaborate with Business stakeholders and Engineering to define strategy, vision and direction for DataIQ, PowerScales Monitoring and Alerting platform
Lead GTM and in-market activities
Present strategic product communications across multiple stakeholder organizations

Drive DataIQ product launches and schedules starting from the Business Contract (BC) stage of the development process through Ready to Ship (RTS) for a successful worldwide launch.
Manage and support DataIQ through the entire product lifecycle and make decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until End of Life (EOL).
Directly interact with cross-functional teams
Lead business case development for enhancements or new product recommendations
Lead requirements gathering and prioritization
A good understanding of Storage monitoring and troubleshooting requirements
Ability to define user personas, use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria
A passion for defining world class usability and serviceability requirements that delight customers, drive down TCO and simplify storage management
Be passionate about the user experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
At least 12 years’ experience in Product Management or equivalent experience with an understanding of one or more of the following areas: Unstructured Storage, Storage Monitoring/Troubleshooting, Data Management
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Technology or equivalent experience
Experience with Dell EMC PowerScale/Isilon or other scale out NAS platforms
Previous work defining system monitoring and troubleshooting requirements
Ability to travel about 10 - 15% of the time (when it is deemed safe to do so)
