Dell Sr. Analyst, Experience Lounge Brand Manager in Hopkinton, Massachusetts
Manage operations per global strategy; this includes keeping products and solutions operating on a daily basis; replacing older products with new products as they become available from the global team; managing the local lounge operating budget
Lead tours for internal team members and external customers
Manage execution for brand engagement and team member events
Serve as liaison to stakeholders and build a strong network of support with sales, facilities, HR, Communications and EBC/CSC
Develop innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency & effectiveness

Self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously – operating the Lounge is like running a small business
Basic knowledge of home and business PC products and/or related technology
Ability to engage in technology discussions and present to both novices and experts
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills – the ability to build a network of team members across multiple organizations
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in technology sales, customer service or training or 5+ years experience in technology sales, customer service or training
