Dell PSE Product Focus Team (PFT) Lead in Hopkinton, Massachusetts
PSE has an exciting opportunity for an individual who is seeking to broaden their experiences and influence on PSE and ISG. The PFT lead is a highly visible influential role where you lead a team of multiple subject matter experts to ensure meeting or exceeding the needs and priorities of our product groups. In this role the candidate is expected be the single point of accountability for PSE and the primary driver of the communications and engagements with the product groups. The PFT lead is accountable for deliverables that range from pre POR activities, NPI to in-market activities.
·Single and primary point of contact with the product group stakeholders and PSE on all activities ranging from NPI programs to in-market products.
·Drive and communicate priorities within all PSE functional groups in alignment to those of the product group.
·Drive NPI program deliverables across PHE/SSE/PSS/DSME and IEO to align with NPI program release requirements per OLP.
·Lead crisp executive and senior leadership communications to drive decisions and status.
·Interface with all functional organizations such as manufacturing, GAME, GSCE, GSQE and EDGE in driving deliverables aligned to the priorities of the product group.
·Frequent interface and be the face of PSE at high profile executive forums such as Executive Program Reviews (EPR).
·Establish a deep understanding of all aspects of the BU needs.
·Responsible for designing the structure of the product focused team as well as leading the team
·Authority on BU related system and program level decisions; owns every aspect of the PSE solution and delivery
·Team leader with inspiring productive engagement with internal and external functional groups
·Ability to influence others to achieve results, effective negotiating skills to drive strategic decisions through difficult discussions
·Ability to foresee and/or formulate required steps by internal and external stakeholder and unblock issues in the way of program progress.
·Ability to independently drive strategic activity with very limited oversight
·Appetite to lead, be the focal point and the go-to person
·Clear concise and crisp communications
