What you’ll achieve

Dell is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative product leader to drive the vision and execution of a new Enterprise Edge Initiative. If you are passionate about how edge is revolutionizing the future IT infrastructure and enabling the next wave of ultra-low latency Internet applications, this is the role for you.

You will:

As the Product Manager for Edge Serviceability, you will define requirements for the serviceability of Dell’s edge solutions, and interact with Dell’s product groups to enhance and optimize Dell’s product offerings to address the unique requirements of the edge. You will meet with key customers and partners to understand their needs, operational model and experience. You will work with internal product teams and external partners to understand the unique challenges and constraints of the edge and define the right serviceability strategy and solutions to ensure a high quality customer experience regardless of wherein the edge they deploy Dell solutions. You will do the solution exploration and design, and work with a dedicated team of super talented engineers to build the ultimate end to end Dell edge solutions.

Essential Requirements :

  • Are passionate about how edge can revolutionize computing

  • Believe in discovering the right solution for your customer

  • Have experience with distributed edge technologies and systems.

  • Are comfortable building and executing product strategies within complex partner ecosystems

  • Love working in a fast-pace, innovative environment and seeing the positive impact of your work on real customers

  • Are experienced in driving end-to-end platforms and solutions, comprising of multiple components of hardware, software and services.

  • Know how to leverage product, marketing and business development skills to get businesses off the ground

  • Have 5+ years professional industry experience in a product management (or similar) role

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience as a software or systems engineer

  • Experience in a product, solutions support, IT support and/or professional services role

  • Experience with IoT and/or edge computing applications and frameworks
