Dell Complex Deals Pricing Sr Consultant in Hopkinton, Massachusetts

Role Overview:

The Complex Deals Pricing Consultant will provide complex analytical and pricing support for large scale, multi-year deals that span across Dell Technologies portfolio.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with field Sales team on pricing agreements including standard pricing negotiations as well as constructing pricing agreements for specific deals

• Works cross-functionally to ensure contracts are structured properly for negotiated deal

• Understands product portfolio at high level as well as competitive offerings

• Provides analysis for margins/profitability

• Provides trending analysis on same size accounts

• Conducts competitive pricing analyses

• Provides governance around pricing strategies

• Works cross-functionally and across Dell Technologies’ senior level Sales management, field Sales reps, Sales Operations and Legal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related experience; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience

• Experience working in Pricing, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance or other related field

• Strong analytical/forecasting/trending analysis skills

• Strong margin/profitability analysis skills

• Ability to synthesize information and apply it strategically to the business

• Knowledge of Dell EMC portfolio/related industry

• Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to interface with individuals of all levels
