The SR Digital Product Manager focuses Member’s needs by maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value exceed our Member’s expectations. This role reports to Director of Product Management and will lead the Purchase Path team for our Cart and Checkout experiences. This person must have strong business skills and experience, with either some past experience working with technology teams or the ability and interest to learn how to work with technology teams.

Other responsibilities include:

Define the Member journey for both our Cart and Checkout experienceRelentless prioritization of product backlog and ensure speed and quality of deliverables. Help lead agile ceremonies like journey mapping, story grooming and solution design with engineering and UX team members. Foundational knowledge of IBM WCS, OMS solutions for effective solution design discussion with solution architecture team to define scope and timeline and/or integrating payment solutions.


  • Candidates will have experience in product management, designing, developing, and managing the rollout of products in payments or ecommerce/retail.

  • BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, Payments/Finance or related field

  • 4-6 years professional experience in product management, retail, consulting or related field

  • Understanding of online shopper funnel

  • Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing actionable product roadmap

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lead, manage stakeholder expectations, plan and estimate level of effort required to deliver and launch a product. Demonstrated ability to own projects, think big and influence across all levels of an organization

  • Ecommerce experience with focus on Omni Channel capabilities

  • Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills

  • Excellent communication skills
