Job Title: Parts Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Associate to join our team. The role involves creating and processing sales orders for parts, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will interact with sales and service technicians as well as other employees. Additionally, you may be trained in the responsibilities of the trafficking specialist to provide back-up support as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.

• Process and enter customer orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning system.

• Purchase parts and maintain adequate inventory.

• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.

• Process customer parts orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.

• Research and troubleshoot customer difficulties.

• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

• Build kits and small assemblies.

Work Environment

This job operates in a warehouse environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion is also required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
