Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and advance the Alexandria brand across a wide variety of applications from PowerPoint presentations to digital graphics

  • Collaborate with regional design team to create compelling presentations and communication requirements for our internal and external audiences

  • Work with key stakeholders to translate requests into effective and compelling visual formats

  • Execute a variety of design deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, digital graphics, flyers, manuals, communication documents, etc.

  • Assist in editing and proofing of design materials

  • Manage outside resources and vendors to execute various regional design projects

  • Maintain and enforce branding guidelines in all material

  • Prepare weekly project status reports

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven, practical experience

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

  • Strong professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

  • Background in real estate preferred; knowledge of life science industries is a plus

  • Strong design, layout, digital production, and typography skills

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively change focus in a dynamic, flexible environment

  • Experience with Mac and PC platform

  • Outstanding design and project management skills

  • Ability to multitask while managing time and deadlines effectively

  • Ability to think strategically, be self-starter, and execute on projects from concept through completion

  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
