This individual will be based out of our Franklin, MA facility.

What will you do?

As the Global Service Pricing and Distribution Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to set the direction for a rapidly growing service business. The Thermo Fisher Scientific, Environmental and Process Monitoring, service product line provides rapid response to our customers who are driven by regulatory requirements or their bottom line to maintain an extremely high level of instrument uptime. Currently an $80M business we have tremendous growth opportunities around the world and need a strong team member to help us achieve our goals.

The Global Service Pricing and Distribution Manager will develop short and long term spare parts sales forecasts, maintain service pricing plans based upon market analytics and insure stocking and logistics plans support these goals. This individual will collaborate with other functional departments and our external channel parts in support of the strategic parts plan. With our global customer base this position will interact with all major regions of the world, to ensure we support our customers wherever they are.

The Global Service Pricing and Distribution Manager is expected to bring exceptional organizational and analytical skills to the position.

This position will require domestic and international travel as needed (15-25%).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (Engineering or Business preferred)


  • 8+ years in industrial manufacturing as an individual contributor

  • In-depth knowledge of the aftermarket parts business

  • Price management experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proven ability to use data for developing and driving strategy

  • Working knowledge of other industry best practices in process improvement, such as Six Sigma/other manufacturing skills and application is strongly desired

  • APICS certification is a plus
