Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract Quality Inspector for our Pharmaceutical partner in Framingham, MA.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $26 and $27.5. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Control Sample Management Associate

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday | 08:30a - 7p

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for coordinating documentation and managing samples in the Quality Control (QC) laboratory in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and CGMP regulations. The position involves sample handling, documentation management, and general laboratory support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain laboratory documentation.

  • Request, manage, and return QC logbooks.

  • Receive, organize, and dispose of samples in the QC laboratory.

  • Coordinate sample distribution to other laboratories.

  • Order and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.

  • Manage laboratory reserve samples.

  • Clean, organize, and store laboratory glassware.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of CGMP regulations and their application to QC processes.

  • Follow written and oral procedures accurately for maintaining laboratory systems, documentation, and samples.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of laboratory data and samples.

  • Maintain and update the laboratory database, tracking task completion.

  • Work independently under general supervision while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to follow established procedures and protocols.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in data entry and laboratory documentation.

  • Prior laboratory experience preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

  • This role operates within a regulated environment and requires adherence to strict safety procedures.

  • Potential exposure to biohazardous materials.

  • Experience: 0 - 3 years.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.50 per hour
