Danaher Corporation Talent Acquisition Vendor Management Leader in Framingham, Massachusetts
As a Global Leader, Talent Sourcing, you will lead all aspects of the Central Sourcing organization globally. You will own sourcing strategies, and the driving the corresponding execution of those strategies across business and talent segments across Danaher. You will be working closely with our Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand their requirements, setting strategies to land top talent across our vast portfolio of industry leading companies across the Danaher portfolio of businesses. You will leverage your considerable experience in the talent sourcing area to influence business leaders on strategic talent sourcing approaches that meet their needs. You should be comfortable and effective at delivering optimal results in fast paced, urgent environments, and utilizing DBS tools to set and achieve KPI’s and SLA’s that drive continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leaders to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategy and add market insights to help influence outcomes
-Report out progress to Platform TA Leaders and collect VOC to understand opportunities for improvement
Be an expert on the Danaher businesses as well as that of the industry and adjacent markets to contribute to sourcing strategies, and coach your team to improve their ability to do the same
- Research, identify and cultivate external talent networks that will further progress the company’s talent strategy and help to fill the top of the funnel
Manage the organization to meet KPI’s, using visual management and other DBS tools to insure continuous improvement
Manage the workload of your team, insuring equitable distribution of work, escalations, and the adherence to standard work. Focus on enabling an engaged and productive environment, removing obstacles that may impact either for them.
Benchmark with peer companies to share and absorb best practices
Participate in project work across the Talent Acquisition team
In your role you will need to be able to communicate with people at all levels in the organization.
This role reports directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader
You will work with Platform Talent Acquisition Leaders as they manage their recruitment and sourcing needs
Our customers are our recruiting teams, hiring managers and of course, our candidates.
Maintaining a good relationship with these stakeholders is key to your success.
Ten or more years of recruitment and sourcing experience, with at least 2 years managing teams
Experience in managing recruiting processes and candidate research in either in house or search firm with preference toward some search firm experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of research methods (Boolean, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome extensions, etc) within the global landscape
Demonstrated experience in building talent networks, nurturing and fostering relationships
Demonstrated use of talent market insights and data to influence sourcing strategies
Experience with Talent Acquisition processes and systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Workday and Phenom People are strongly preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
Working knowledge of DBS tools and principles
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
Certifications are a good way to demonstrate your level of training and expertise.
