You are a master of creating high-impact demand generation programs to grow a talent network, and in this role, you will drive compelling and impactful recruitment marketing strategies across US Retail. And data? You love it and use it to learn, adapt, and shift direction needed. You will own the US Retail’s social presence related to recruiting and will ensure our people value proposition is consistent and compelling across our portfolio of digital. You love to work in a team environment where everyone is supporting each other for one common goal. How you’ll make an impact:

  • Design and deliver an effective Staples US Retail recruitment marketing strategy across all recruitment channels

  • You are the go to person for all things that are recruitment marketing, building best practices, marketing materials and capabilities of the entire TA team to drive candidate flow

  • Amplifying Staples US Retail employer brand and reputation across all candidate-facing sites channels in design and message

  • Manage the Staples US Retail Career site, CRM database and all recruitment marketing platforms and vendor relationships

  • Lead the vision to ensure Staples US Retail candidate experience is top notch

  • Inspire associates to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey

  • Build effective marketing strategies to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talent pipeline

  • Oversee the recruitment marketing funnel metrics across all channels and measure, analyze and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best hires for the organization

  • Discover current trends and understanding emerging marketing strategies to keep us one step ahead

  • Engage with HR and business leaders to understand current business trends that could affect changes in branding strategy

  • You collaborate across Talent Acquisition and Marketing to analyze regional and corporate recruitment metrics, diagnose issues and present solutions.

  • Drive change in our recruiting processes through identifying new ways to market to candidates

  • Identify opportunities to optimize, consolidate, eliminate or enhance processes

  • Internal: Create strong partnerships internally to drive projects and / or initiatives

  • External: Responsible for full relationship with external vendors supporting our recruitment marketing needs including influencing and negotiating

Professional Knowledge/Experience:

  • You possess strong organizational skills, integrity and great follow through. You don’t get overwhelmed easily!

  • Analytical Thinker – ability to compile, analyze data to tell the story and drive results.

  • Superior written and verbal presentation and communication skills.

  • Data savvy. You start all challenges with analysis and use data to tell stories.

  • You are quick to discover current trends and understand emerging marketing strategies.

  • You know how to leverage technology to build rich candidate profiles that allow for better sourcing of candidates.

  • You know how to build effective marketing strategies to attract engage, nurture and convert a strong talent pipeline.

  • You have expertise in digital and social media, employer branding, and experience with recruiting tools like Smashfly, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter and other recruitment marketing tools.

  • Background working with tools and technologies associated with campaign management (CRM).

  • You are customer driven and results oriented, constantly learning and understanding the business needs and maintaining strong and effective relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

Basic:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a corporate Branding / Marketing or Talent Acquisition function with specific focus on employment and / or Talent Acquisitions Brand

  • Bachelor’s degree
