Description Job Summary:

Overall the Studio Productions team will participate in the design, creation, and delivery of visual and auditory communications that support both internal and external audiences. The communications might take the form of video, photography, animation, graphic, still imagery or similar for digital signage, social media, learning and development, sales driving, product awareness, community relations and similar use cases. The role will fluctuate from times of independent and team-based work based on the needs of projects and the corporation.

The Specialist, Studio Productions is a support role on the Studio Productions team. They should possess a basic understanding of signal flow and production equipment, and solid production fundamentals.

The position requires the ability to operate independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary tasks and business units to design, create, and deliver visual communications. This role is responsible for sustaining multiple work streams across all business units, supporting specific projects of live events, field production, and all post production elements. Includes an understanding of managing workflows, production equipment, audio/video signal flow, visual design, working with and directing/coaching on-camera talent, and similar visual communications requirements. To execute video communications through a keen eye for storytelling and impact.

The position requires one to be open to challenges, solving complex problems and who cares about building strong visual communications for the maximum benefit of the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supportfor live event and video productions

  • Abilityto design, direct, capture, edit, and deliver visual communications acrossall teams supported

  • Ensuresymmetry to corporate brand, priorities, and messaging and are alignedwith external communication messages styles, formats, and tonality

  • Presentapproaches that resolve project needs that stay within budget andresource

  • Demonstratea clear understanding of goals and target audience, while providingeffective alternative resolutions to challenging client ideas/wants

  • Interactingwith third-party production professionals to augment productions

  • Interactingwith external parties during video production


  • HighSchool Diploma / GED equivalent

  • B.S./B.A.preferred, not required, ideally in the visual communications fields (technicalor aesthetic)

  • 2+Years of experience in video production with a company, agency, studio, TVstation or consistent independent employment

  • Proficiencyin live event and video production equipment: cameras, lighting, audio andsimilar

  • Proficiencyin Post Production software, specifically Adobe Suites, that includes video,animation, audio and similar industry standard software

  • Proficiencyin both Microsoft and Apple environments

  • Proficiencyin standard Microsoft office software

  • A“roll-up-the sleeves” attitude to execute and ability to succeed in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple, competing priorities

  • Whileperforming the duties of this role, the associate is regularly required tosit and stand for long periods of time, be able to use full scope of theirsenses and abilities to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionallylift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
