What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking an analytical Site Merchandising Manager to drive digital merchandising best practices for our B2C and B2B sites.

A successful Site Merchandising Manager will combine an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales, an interest in driving solutions for the modern worker, and a passion for customer experience to improve the onsite merchandising strategy.

As an expert on how our customers shop, the Manager will advocate for the needs of our customers and serve as the go-to person for insight on customer behavior and site performance. They will utilize web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements and optimize site merchandising tools to drive increase conversion, AOV, sales and margin.

They will work closely with our Merchant team to enhance the online assortment and elevate seasonal moments. They will identify friction in the customer journey and work closely with Digital CX team to find solutions. They will build a personalization strategy for their category to engage the customer at all touch points and drive product discoverability and presentation.

Responsible for….

  • Category ownership for site merchandising

  • Build the near and mid-term category led digital roadmap with team guidance.

  • Report against key site performance and campaign metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

  • Leverage site metrics and industry trends to clearly articulate business opportunities.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to plan and execute seasonal GTM strategies, including key brand stories, ecommerce moments, and seasonal and merchant product stories.

  • Develop deep understanding of the brand, our expertise, customers, and products to present a compelling online shopping experience and maximize revenue and conversion

What you bring to the table:

  • Passion about the customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience in site metrics, such as visits, conversion, AOV, frequency, engagement

  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking skillset

  • Understanding of the customer funnel and key levers that drive ecommerce results

  • Cross functional collaboration with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives

  • Ability to manage many projects, prioritize and drive multiple threads of work to completion

  • Proactive communications; comfortable with assessing the need for immediate action

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications :

What is needed: basic qualifications

  • 5+ related experience in eCommerce field, Site Merchandising, or related

  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills

What is needed: preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
