In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Lead and perform as the Senior Product Development Manager, for Philips Cares within the Philips Aging and Caregiving Business to Business (B2B) product roadmap - collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and releasing user experiences and business models for our B2B customers and ecosystem partners.

Philips Cares sits at the heart of a network of more than 2,500 hospitals, home health agencies, senior living communities and other care organizations. You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Value proposition creation
Build and continuously update a solid knowledge base of user, competitive and market trends insights
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address B2B needs to support accountable care efforts
Work closely with Consumer and Senior Living counterparts to articulate ecosystem value propositions
Develop robust value propositions by integrating customer, market and business perspectives
Design, test and introduce new business model(s)
Build related business case(s) and scenarios
Product roadmap and product releases
Define product and release roadmap at epic and feature level. Work with product owners and designers for story and wire-level consistency and alignment with features
Manage product backlog and continuous prioritization by integrating e.g., market insights, user research, app analytics, usability testing, A/B testing and business needs and constraints
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of peers and contributors (marketers, designers, tech leads, product owners, research scientists, business developers, compliance experts) to create seamless and scalable user experiences and deliver high-quality releases and learning cycles
Ensure all user touch points are in line with business and product strategy together with designer team
Collaborate and coordinate with other product managers, product owners and tech leads on dependencies (data feeds, interfaces, and releases )
Own and manage existing assets
Own and manage existing assets where appropriate (CareSage predictive analytics and Care Census care coordination services, B2B partner portal)
Articulate and prioritize shift from legacy to SaaS assets and business model
Product performance and P&L
Manage product P&L, guide and help manage related project budgets together with project manager
Measurably improve and communicate key product & business metrics (e.g., user engagement)
Contribute to strong product culture of continuous development, and Agile portfolio management
Be the product’s brand advocate and spokesperson externally and internally
Be a thought leader and market expert in aging and caregiving

Tech and (healthcare) B2B and B2B2C Business to Business to Consumer experience
Passionate about new technologies, familiar with SaaS business model and Software product development; familiar with Scrum/Agile and lean startup ways of working and tools
Innovative value proposition and product experience and/or entrepreneurial experience
Prior experience in B2B and B2B2C is required; healthcare and/or services experiences are a plus
Business, Marketing, or Engineering degree; graduate degree a plus
Minimum of 5+ years in product management, marketing, strategy, design, research or other data-driven field
Minimum of 3+ years in consumer facing products required, both B2B and B2C markets experience a plus
