The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals to provide world-class recruitment for multiple geographic locations. This position will build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals to set and drive the optimal recruitment strategy that delivers quality talent quickly. The ideal candidate will mentor and develop the recruiting team, focusing on building capabilities and enhancing knowledge on the latest workforce trends and tools. This position will drive innovation and will drive enhanced processes that lead to an exceptional candidate experience. How you’ll make an impact:
You will lead a team of talented recruiters, building effective recruiting strategies and helping them translate strategies into successes.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus of meeting or exceeding business expectations, driving operational excellence and delivering cost-effective recruitment solutions
You understand the market challenges to assist the team to identify new talent pools.
You continuously monitor metrics and ensure team is meeting or exceeding agreed upon SLA’s, utilizing data to interpret trends and build plans for areas of concern
Builds a high performing team based on open communication and clear performance expectations
Driving excellence in all business partner and candidate experiences through building strong team communication and consulting capabilities
Ensure the TA team is proactively driving business value and serving as a true Center of Excellence
Evaluating & identifying the tactics and optimal channels that will be most effective in reaching specified audiences

You have experience leading a high-volume recruiting team in large corporate environment, with demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems and current employment laws including OFCCP
Prior experience utilizing a CRM to manage candidate pipelines is essential
You understand the value of the employer brand on driving candidate flow, and know how to communicate the value proposition of working at our company through authentic messaging
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills are your strength. You identify root causes and drive towards a solution despite ambiguity or uncertainty.
You are a thought leader on new and innovative approaches for acquiring talent. Challenges status quo.

You have a strong, inherent sense of personal integrity, initiative and curiosity.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, plus a minimum of 8 to 10 years of recruiting experience with at least 4 years in a management capacity.
