This would be a hybrid position in our Corporate office located in Framingham, MA. This individual will be responsible for supporting and executing major Sales initiatives for the Facilities Solutions Sales Organization. The focus of this job will be to oversee growth and retention initiatives, with an emphasis on driving selling opportunities, while contributing to the sales process and sales support. This position is also responsible for assisting with defining and implementing various standardized processes, tools and programs related to other sales initiatives, as well as representing the field sales teams with operational projects led from Corporate Home Office. This high-profile position relies on a person’s deep understanding of sales systems, customer behavior, vertical and industry buying process, emerging technology, and innovative enablement solutions. This expert level role will be the customer/sales voice to critical marketing, pricing, management operations, customer service, and supply chain functions. Indirectly responsible for delivering SBA Jan/San and Breakroom budget expectations annually through ensuring effective sales strategy, associate training and development, and talent management across all sales roles/functions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, develop, and oversee various growth initiatives; provide ongoing status/progress reporting to Sr Leadership; identify risks and lead efforts to overcome challenges.

  • Conduct extensive analytical analysis to provide required due diligence on potential projects and ongoing requirements for execution. Act as sales SME on each initiative.

  • Maintain reporting/system for management to measure sales performance along with team/leader/seller performance, productivity, and throughput.

  • Participate in the creation and rollout of new sales programs, from researching, modeling, and recommending to market testing and implementing.

  • Support senior sales leaders with messaging and communications for various sales initiatives.

  • Create and deliver presentations for updating various Steering Committees and Senior

  • Management on progress with sales processes and functional execution.

  • Lead GM/VP Sales and their direct report teams productivity meetings to ensure senior sales leaders are updated on all key sales initiatives and identify appropriate action items to ensure impactful outcomes.

  • May assist with sales incentive administration.

  • Performs complex tasks and has some latitude for determining appropriate processes to follow.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills (for presentation to ‘C’ level)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an effective and collaborative manner

  • Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years’ experience working in a business to business sales environment and/or sales operations environment with prior management experience.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • MS Office suite proficiency; experience using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations

  • Project management experience ranging from planning and design through execution, risk mitigation, and analyzing results
