As a Project Manager of Integrated Media Planning, you will assist the manager and director in all planning and strategy functions across all digital marketing vehicles. By acting as a liaison with internal business partners, you will translate strategic business needs into actionable media strategy. You will oversee and manage day-to-day campaign planning, budget management, and serve as part of team that is the connective tissue for marketing leadership, analytics, customer insight, and the media buying team. Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal departments such as Segment Marketing, Customer Insights, and Creative teams to understand, prioritize, and translate overall business goals to develop and communicate media plans

  • Assist in annual marketing planning, organizing internal media innovation days, and building deeper relationships with marketing peers to elevate and execute on the vision of the digital planning team

  • S/he will collaborate with Planning team to determine the appropriate media mix by understanding vehicle effectiveness, historic benchmarks, KPIs, and measurement plans and communicate to appropriate stakeholders (Media Buying, Segment Marketing)

  • Liaise between internal and external partners to translate the customer content strategy into highly personalized dynamic creative in a way that maximizes business results, including managing asset delivery

  • Align with buying team to gather inputs for planning as well as understand the tactical plan creation, optimizations, and campaign results to inform future media strategies

  • Keep an eye on industry trends especially around vendors in the digital space, media innovations, ad quality challenges, and brand excellence to improve our team’s competitiveness

  • Manage all media budget documents/systems

  • Responsible for ensuring projects are moving forward and following up as needed w. various teams to get necessary deliverables.

  • Act as the central point of contact for ad hoc requests to determine whether requests warrants a media campaign

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, media preferred.

  • Thrives in managing large scale projects, budgets and operations.

  • Proactive and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

  • Familiarity of the media planning and buying process is a plus

  • Relationship driven with a bias towards action, what can we accomplish together today?

  • Strong and effective communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Highly proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint

  • Detail oriented, with the ability to coordinate across multiple groups internally and externally
