Position Summary

The Program Manager, Segment Marketing partners with the Lead Generation, Marketing Operations and Category Marketing teams to execute programs which have been outlined in the strategic plans for the consumer and small business segments.

Key Job Responsibilities

Impact on Business

  • Manage tactical plans associated with segment marketing strategies

  • Partner with peers in practices to execute tactical plans in a test/learn environment

Innovation and Change

  • Assist in the development and implementation of segment programs that drive acquisition and revenue growth

  • Partner with Lead Generation, Marketing Operations and other teams on executing plans which drive growth

Communication/Interactions: Internal & External Customers/Suppliers as well as Third Parties

  • Collaborate with internal practices and agency to deliver on desired segment programs

KPIs– Key Performance Indicators

  • Brand performance metrics

  • Operational KPI’s

Qualifications

Education/Experience Equivalent (minimum requirements)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-3 years managing a budget

  • 2-4 years of Marketing experience developing marketing plans test/learn framework

  • Experience with customer insights via Marketing research, customer analytics, direct and digital marketing, collateral, dales support, product marketing, relationship marketing programs, industry analyst/influencer relationships.

Professional Knowledge/Experience

  • Results driving via brand building targeted Marketing programs

  • Strong financial, analytical and strategic planning skills.

  • Customer relationship marketing strategy and program execution within a test/learn framework

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with merchandising functions.

  • Proven experience with building and maintaining collaborative relationships cross-functionally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders.

  • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
