Description The role of the Marketing Program Manager is to plan and execute programs and initiatives in partnership with Merchandising, Sales, Store Operations. L&D, Segment Marketing and the internal Agency. These marketing activities influence our customers' perceptions and shopping behaviors in all channels: stores, online and C&E. Program Managers oversee the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing tactics and programs, developing plans and materials, communicating with business partners, resolving issues and reporting on results. Program Managers have the opportunity to independently manage projects while getting exposure to a variety of vehicles and functions within the Company.

Key Job Responsibilities:

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for execution -- on strategy, on time and on budget

  • Project planning, understanding and developing timelines and budgets

STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Partner within and outside marketing to understand business needs

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and processes

CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

  • Evaluate data related to program and vehicle performance

  • Derive insights from research and analysisIntegrate customer insight into marketing plans and activities

MARKETING EXECUTION

  • Communicate and collaborate in all stages from planning to roll out to reporting

  • Write creative briefs for internal Agency, evaluate creative concepts

Qualifications Education/Experience

  • MBA Required (External candidates). preferred (internal)

  • 4-6 years marketing, project or program management experience

Professional Knowledge/Experience

  • Proactive, self-directed individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.

  • Ability to both influence and collaborate with others, adjusting quickly to changing priorities, aggressive timelines and multiple objectives.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills. May be responsible for obtaining data, running reports and making recommendations from analysis.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Access and design skills a plus.

  • Experience negotiating with/managing agencies and/or vendors a plus.
