What you’ll be doing:
The Project Manager Revenue Management (Pricing) will play a key role in the management and execution of our key strategic initiatives to achieve their long-term sales and profitability goals. The candidate should possess strong business acumen, project management, creative problem solving, and change management skills. The Revenue Management PM will serve as analytical lead for our Healthcare Programs.

Strategic & Analytic Orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation. Translate analytical findings into easy-to-understand and actionable business information for colleagues and clients.
Strategic Leadership: Acts as a functional manager within multiple areas of expertise and serves as lead for Sr. Analysts who manage the Healthcare portfolio.
Business Ownership: Have an ownership mindset. Develop and standardize processes for existing and new revenue management projects and initiatives. Ability to conduct in depth analysis on actual and forecasted impact given variable inputs. Ultimately leading to high-level recommendations to the business to maintain market competitiveness while considering profitability and growth rates.
Execution: Strong attention to detail with organizational, planning and time management skills. Maintains a high level of focus and composure under time constraints while executing multiple projects and programs concurrently.
Strong Business Judgment and Integrity: Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
Partnership: Work closely with pricing leadership to collaborate on achieving organizational initiatives and goals. Build partnerships with colleagues across Staples focusing on: Sales, Finance, Operations and Customer Service.
Strong Communication Skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing and facilitation skills along with the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Clear Results Orientation: Develop business strategies and reports that promote growth, profitability, and competitive success for Staples in the face of business transformation, ultimately leading to improved selling profits and demand shaping.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, Access, Power BI, and experience with SQL and database reporting
At least 2-3 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Project Management experience and ability to balance/prioritize workload
Experience with interpreting Customer Legal Agreements/Terms
